SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS
WHAT'S THIS works closely with its shipping partners to provide a competitive shipping experience for our customers.
Currently, we offer FREE shipping - details are as follows:
- For US customers*, free shipping is available on orders over $49.99
- For UK customers, free shipping is available on orders over £39.99
- For customers in other countries, free shipping is available on orders over $99.99
For orders that do not meet the minimum spend requirement of free shipping, we offer standard shipping. Exact shipping charges are determined at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item weight and volume of all the items in the cart. We will lower the threshold for free shipping in more countries. Any update will be reflected on this page. Please stay tuned.
* The following postcodes in the USA are NOT eligible for free shipping:
- 96899
- 96941-96944
- Postcodes starting with 969
- Postcodes starting with 006
- Postcodes starting with 007
- Postcodes starting with 008
- Postcodes starting with 009
Note: if you see “There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address” at checkout, please contact us.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
For delivery to the UK and USA, most orders should be delivered within 3-8 business days after dispatch.
For delivery to other countries, shipping time for Standard Shipping is estimated at 5-15 business days. This does not include the 24-48 hours it takes for our warehouse to process and pack your order.
Note:
1. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.
2. Due to the high volume during the holiday shopping season (e.g. Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales), our warehouse processing time will be longer than the standard 24-48 hours. Please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
3. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
4. In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location.
MANAGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
You can manage your shipping address in your account.
CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PURCHASE
After placing an order, you can change your shipping address if your order has not been shipped. To change your shipping address, find the order number in your order history and contact us to make the change (Note: please use the email when you placed the order and make sure to include your order number in the email subject line).
Please note once your order has been shipped, the shipping address can no longer be changed.
